Description |
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to partner with one or more organizations that provide instructional resources specifically designed for Emergent Multilingual Learners (EMLs) in grades 6-12 within Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS), Maryland. This RFP seeks partners who offer resources that support direct language instruction for EMLs demonstrating English Language Proficiency (ELP) levels 1-4 of the WIDA Framework, with an option for supplemental resources for Newcomers to English-only U.S. schools. |
