Description |
Interpretation services represent a critical framework designed to ensure that Limited English Proficient (LEP) parents have "meaningful access" to critical information to support school-to-home communication, support during important meetings, and language access during school and system events. The landscape of these services is currently transitioning from a transactional, agency-dependent model toward integrated digital systems that use cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (Saas) platforms to orchestrate language access on a scale. This Request for Proposal represents two primary use cases. Interpretation services for large events and one-on-one interactions between school staff and community members.
