Description

Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or firms to provide strategic support in collective bargaining and labor management, including leadership in contract negotiations with Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 500. The consultant will serve as the district’s chief negotiator for the MCPS-SEIU bargaining team and provide leadership in managing grievance processes and other labor relations initiatives, as needed, to support uninterrupted school operations.
