Description |
The work includes replacement of generators and electrical equipment at various location as specified herein, attached drawings and specifications. The installation includes, but is not limited to, the generator system(s), controls, conduits, gas meters split, upgrade and line connection, general construction type work to include general site restoration, provide and install all emergency lighting circuits, removing and disposing of existing emergency lighting (battery packs), removing and disposing of existing generator and all associated wiring, controls and piping as required, etc. when the project is finished, it shall be complete and coordinated whole, and ready for satisfactory service at the following locations: Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Middle School: 13737 Wisteria Drive, Germantown, MD 20874 Dr. Sally K. Ride Elementary School: 21301 Seneca Crossing Drive, Germantown, MD 20876
