Description

The purpose of this Request For Proposal (RFP) is to provide a comprehensive website and technology platform for the Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) interscholastic athletics program. The products and services would broadly serve the following objectives: • Provide a comprehensive, fan-friendly website for the systemwide athletics program – both high schools and middle schools • Incorporate individual school athletic program websites that are integrated with the systemwide website • Provide a scheduling platform that can assist with administrative changes to contests • Incorporate a communication platform that allows for streamlined communication at the team, school, and systemwide levels, as appropriate • Allow for integration of existing platforms utilized by MCPS Athletics, such as GoFan ticketing and the NFHS Network streaming platform • Deliver training and professional development to staff, students, families, and other stakeholders, as appropriate • Meet the requirements outlined in Section 3 of this RFP
