The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit a consultant, with deep knowledge and expertise in current research, programming and effective practices, to improve student engagement and achievement of Multilingual Learners (MLs) in the English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) program, and Latinx students in various programs across the system.
