Description |
It is the intention of these specifications to establish a Time and Materials Requirements Contract with responsible contractors to complement the forces at various MCPS schools and offices. All work shall be performed by a specialty contractor of established reputation who is regularly engaged in the performance of the specified work and who maintains, and make available for this purpose, a regular force of skilled workmen.
