Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) is seeking proposals for a professional and knowledgeable company to provide training, support and expertise, of student re-engagement processes, structures, techniques and strategies that will empower the district to intentionally re-connect disconnected youth to school and/or work with a duration of one year as designated by the Chief Academic Officer of Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS).
