This Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to identify a consultant to provide on-going health and welfare consulting services for the Employee Benefit Programs of Montgomery County Agencies effective July 1, 2023. The Montgomery County Agencies (MCA), for purposes of this RFP, consist of Montgomery County Public Schools, (MCPS), The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC), The Montgomery County Government (MCGovt), Montgomery College (MC), and the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC Water). |
