**Formerly issued under RFP #9810758** The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit one or more established providers of elementary curricula to provide Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) with evidence-based, researched, and reviewed curricular and instructional materials in English Language Arts (ELA) that are aligned with the Common Core State Standards, adopted in Maryland as the Maryland College and Career Ready Standards (the “State Standards”) from Prekindergarten through Grade 5. |
