Description

The work includes performing various types of masonry system repairs/replacements such as but not limited to; Mortar tuck-pointing, masonry wall replacements, thru-wall flashing above windows/ doors, expansion caulking, waterproofing, specialty cementitious coatings, retaining walls and storm water management modifications, etc. It is the intention to pre-qualify contractors who will provide proposals for specific projects as required. Project will be awarded to the contractor submitting the most favorable unit prices.
